Once you place an order with us we aim to wrap it up with love and sent it out within 3 working days.

Free standard Royal Mail delivery with any order over £40

UK Delivery

​

We use the standard service Royal Mail Tracked for all parcels, which aims to deliver in 2 days of sending. You will receive a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. Delivery cost is £3.50.

Europe & Worldwide Delivery

​

Apologies but we do not currently have delivery setup for outside of the UK. Please bear with us and check back again for this setup.

Packaging

​

To minimise our impact on the environment we use compostable mailers, These can be disposed safely in household waste bins or domestic composters.

Returns & Refunds

​

We do not offer refunds on cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric. Please contact us with photographs of the fault by emailing stitcheshuntingdon@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.

We strive to give accurate photographs and descriptions of our fabrics as possible, but if you have extra questions about anything please do get in touch.

Haberdashery products, including yarn, you may return new and unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the goods, but we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return. We will not refund any postage costs incurred if your order was below the free shipping threshold. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) and please do get a proof of posting receipt or parcel tracking number, just in case your parcel goes astray.

Faulty or defective goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
